Yes. All products in the e-shop are original. In no case are we talking about fakes or imitations. The order can have the following statuses:
Nine – our e-shop system registered the order. The order is waiting to be prepared, at which point the shipping team starts working actively.
Order preparation – the order is being prepared. The shipping team ensures that the ordered products reach you as quickly as possible.
Shipped – the products have been shipped from us and are on their way to you. :-)
3. Can I cancel or modify the order?
Yes – only if the product has not yet been shipped. Until the time of shipment, the order can be canceled or shipped.
No – if the product has been shipped from us and is in the delivery process – it means that we can no longer influence it, because it is with the courier service.

4. Can I order in a different way than online?
Yes. You can order by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, please prepare in advance the product code, size, delivery address and billing address (if different from the delivery address), e-mail address and no. phone number, where the courier can contact you at the time of delivery.
5. How do I know what size I am wearing?
For each product you can find the size chart. This helps to choose the right size. If you still feel you need advice, don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll be happy to help. :)
6. I need a size that is not in the product size chart. How do I proceed?
If you did not find the size you need in the size chart, it means that this size is currently not available. We recommend checking back later, as products are updated daily, your size may be available in a few days. You can eventually contact us at no. by email: email@example.com
7. Can I return or exchange the ordered product?
Yes – all ordered products can be returned or exchanged. They can be exchanged for another product or for the same product in another size. If you are not satisfied with the change of products, we will return your money back. The change can be made within 30 days of receiving the product. 8. The complained products do not meet my expectations! What to do?
We guarantee your money back! If the ordered products do not meet your expectations – with us you have the opportunity to ask for a refund. Send the products to our address to which you attach the completed complaints protocol, and we return the money to your account. You can find more information on the complaints procedure.
9. How should I proceed in case of a complaint?
Fill in the complaint form that we sent you in the order, possibly you can print it on our website – here.
Don’t forget to fill in the form – order number, address, reason for returning/exchange products and the new product you want instead. If you opt for the refund, don’t forget to fill in the no. bank account.
We will try to solve the complaint in the shortest possible time and we will send the exchanged product to you by courier free of charge.

10. How can I make the payment?
The ordered products can be paid for in three ways:
payment on delivery – you pay the courier on delivery,
bank transfer – before shipping the product,
credit card – when placing the order.
11. Order dispatch, delivery time and shipping fee
The products can be delivered by:
GLS courier – delivery period is 3 days. You, as a customer, are the one who chooses the delivery method.
12. How many days does it take to deliver the products?
The delivery period is indicated on each product in the upper right. If the product is available, you can expect its delivery within 3 working days. If the product is in stock, you can expect it within 3 working days. Products are shipped every business day, or as quickly as possible. Everything depends on the availability of the products, which is mentioned on the top right of each product.
13. I urgently need products, by a certain date – birthday present, holiday, etc. Does it ship by that date?
