Money back guarantee
In case of returning the products due to dissatisfaction with them, we guarantee a refund. The refund period for withdrawing from the contract is according to § 53 ods. 7 of the Civil Code of the Slovak Republic within 30 days from the receipt of the request to withdraw from the contract (for us it is 30 days).
Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition with accessories including the completed claim form. More information on the complaints procedure can be found in the Complaints and product returns section.
The warranty period for contracts concluded with consumers (law no. 40/1964 Z. z. according to subsequent legislative amendments) is established for a minimum period of 24 months or depending on the product’s validity period. The warranty period begins when the consumer takes over the product. The warranty expires if the product has been mechanically damaged and also excludes mistakes caused by natural disasters and the use or handling, improper maintenance of the product.
